Tell us which part of the journey is blocked, such as sign-in, account setup, an invitation, a join request, or access to a group. Include the page address and the exact message you saw. Do not email a password, sign-in code, invitation token, recovery link, or other secret. We will never ask you to send one.
Privacy and safety
For a privacy question, describe the data or product behavior you are asking about without attaching private group conversation. Use the authenticated Safety report inside OurLore when you need the platform to review a member or contribution. That route preserves the report’s confidentiality and the minimum context needed for review.
Feedback and other questions
Signed-in alpha members can use the feedback control in OurLore so the report includes safe route context. Email is also appropriate for accessibility problems, partnership questions, press inquiries, or anything that does not fit an in-product path. A clear subject line and a reply address are enough to start.
