About OurLore
A small ritual for staying close.
OurLore is a private, asynchronous social game and living scrapbook for families, chosen families, and close friend groups. It gives people a specific reason to notice one another, then keeps the answers, photos, guesses, and conversation inside the group that made them.
Built around a shared rhythm
A group chooses its game days and a mix of formats. A question, photo prompt, word game, prediction, or member-written hunt arrives in Today. People take part when they have time. Once the round reveals, the group can compare answers, vote, guess, and talk without needing everyone online at once.
Completed rounds become Lore. Over a season, the ordinary details add up to a record that feels like the group because the group made it together.
Designed for known people
OurLore is not a public feed, follower network, or place to perform for strangers. Groups have up to 12 approved members. Invite one person by email, and they join after they prove that address. Or share a Join link: anyone can ask, and an admin still has to say yes. Participation that is meant to be hidden remains hidden until the round reaches its reveal.
The product is made for people age 16 and older. Members use OurLore on the web. It works best for a group that wants a gentle recurring practice, not another stream of messages to keep up with.
